我们将迎来霜降节气
也是农历秋季最后一个节气
清道光年间《厦门志》记载:“清明以后,南风为常;霜降以后,北风为正。南风壮而顺,北风烈而严。”可见霜降过后冷空气便逐渐在厦门一家独大,秋凉如水的日子要来临了。
闽南民间有一句谚语,“一年补通通,不如补霜降”,说的是一年到头都进补,还不如霜降补一补。由此可以看出闽南民间对霜降这一节气的重视。不少市民会选择番鸭、羊肉等滋补食材,此外也有吃柿子的传统。
“寒露不算冷,霜降变了天”,专家介绍,到了霜降时节,应注意添衣防寒,养生保健尤为重要。需要提醒的是,市民在饮食滋补的同时,也要注重早晚保暖,加强体育锻炼,提升人体耐寒能力。

Other suggested fruits include apples, pears and bananas. Besides, honey, jelly fungus, chestnuts and sesames are believed to help supplement the necessary nutrition for the human body. On the protein side, chicken or mutton soup is believed to be good for the spleen and advised for the diet.
其他推荐的水果包括苹果、梨和香蕉。此外,蜂蜜、木耳、栗子和芝麻,有助于补充人体必需的营养。鸡汤或羊肉汤被认为对脾脏有好处。
