Combined with the experienced core design capability of RF, rugged structure, and secure system, Our client has created a variety of industrial-grade IoT rugged terminals for the complex application scenarios from all industries. It supports enterprise digital operation and big data analysis which promotes more efficient management and higher productivity. Currently, our client has product lines including industrial-grade handheld terminals, visual identification, and UHF RFID products.
Position
Location: Nanjing, China
Responsibilities
According to the long-term development objectives and market strategy formulated by the company, lead the formulation of sales strategy report and sales strategy plan (including regional strategy, industry strategy, product strategy, etc.), and be responsible for the implementation of sales strategy and strategy after final review and approval;
Highly collaborative U.S. Sales Director, VP; Conduct U.S. market research and analysis, master channel trends, product trends and other information, develop accurate and effective market strategies;
Organize the formulation of sales plan and sales budget (year/quarter/month), formulate supporting plans (including new product launch plan, promotion plan, etc.) and budget, and decompose, implement and monitor the sales plan and sales budget according to region, industry, or time;
Establish and improve the company's sales management mechanism and system, promote the integrated operation of the company's products, customer service and customer management, and guide and supervise the daily management of the region under its jurisdiction;
Manage the sales of subordinate institutions, establish and improve the sales management system, provide business guidance and consultation, prevent violations of sales norms, and supervise and manage the progress of various economic indicators;
Market Research and analysis, master channel trends, product trends and other information, and formulate more accurate and effective market strategies;
Build US sales team, be responsible for the arrangement, guidance, inspection, supervision, evaluation, assessment and management of the work of the sales team under its jurisdiction, establish team awareness and strengthen team construction and management;
Report to the CEO regularly, and provide timely and accurate information and reasonable suggestions.
Qualification
Education Background: At least Bachler Degree, in International Business/Trade/Marketing/eCommerce/ Supply Chain/ Digital Operation or related field;
At least 5 years of international marketing experience and sales team management experience; Experience in overseas development and market management in the same industry, such as electronics, communication terminal and other related industries is preferred;
Proficient in international trade business, marketing, financial management, law, quality, production management;
Strong ability of overseas market development and management, strong ability in business negotiation;
Have a strong sense of responsibility, keen observation ability, excellent team spirit and leadership, high professional quality, affinity.
Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is preferred;
Compensation
Annual base salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications
Annual and project bonus based on performance
