Hiring | Finance Director

Responsibilities

• In charge of a portfolio of real estate assets’ financial operations, including daily accounting entries, monthly closing, external and internal financial reporting, FP&A, budgeting and other related tasks; 

• Conduct financial planning analysis by using various reporting tools including operation performance variance analysis, forecast, budget etc. 

• Perform, analyze and manage treasury/cash flow of assets, work closely with other finance team members on enhancing cash management process, including timely payments and cash flow forecast etc. 

• Assist various other financial duties, including internally to senior management and externally to lenders, help external audit process etc. 

• Collaborate with various business and finance teams in headquarter to gather information and to resolve any questions they have regarding US operations. 

• Report directly to CFO of US Operations 

Requirements 

• Master or bachelor degree with major in Finance or Accounting 

• 7-10 years relevant working experience in accounting, auditing, tax, financial analysis , Big 4 experience a plus. 

• AICPA required 

• Good communication skills orally and in writing 

• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred
