最新健康警报：纽约重回高风险，口罩戴起来！

这三组英文字母让人头皮发麻，不胜其扰，遇见一个都让人头痛。而这个冬天，三位一起降临纽约！制造无数麻烦...

纽约市卫生局今天（12月9日）下午发布紧急通知，强烈建议市民在室内和拥挤的室外公共场合重新戴上口罩，包括办公室、商场超市、公共交通等日常地点。

不止要戴上口罩，还要戴高规格的防护口罩：KN95、KF94、N95为首选！

这么做，是因为防不住了...新冠、流感和呼吸道融合病毒(RSV)把纽约市又重新推向了高风险地区！

根据联邦疾控中心CDC的最新报告，纽约市近期新冠病例急升。皇后区上周新冠病例增16%，布朗士和布鲁克林各增长14%，史丹顿岛增12%！

自2020年疫情爆发以来，每逢冬季确诊人数就会明显增加，尤其在感恩节到新年的节日季期间，今年也不例外

另外，因流感而住院的人数也大大增加，在过去的三周里增加了一倍多！因为今年流感季来得太早，目前约有2.7万例流感，而住院人数已经超过新冠...

再加上RSV病例增多，三重疫情威胁已经让纽约医疗系统承压，尤其是儿童医院

对此，纽约卫生局提出健康警报：

  • 如果感觉身体不舒服，应该自觉和外界隔离；
  • 聚会先做核酸检测，如果阳性应该及时接受治疗；
  • 接种疫苗和加强针，保护自己才能保护身边人；
  • 戴口罩


目前免费新冠检测有两种途径，一是家用自测盒进行快速检测，二是前往纽约市免费检测点接受PCR核酸测试。

自测的话不保证百分百准确，有可能会因为病毒浓度低，在感染初期验不出来。建议所有有症状的民众最好再做PCR测试，以防万一。

纽约公立免费新冠检测点没有前两年这么多，开放时间也有所减短。请注意纽约的部分公立免费新冠检测点，除了可以测试新冠病毒，还可以测试流感和RSV病毒。
