职位：Junior Business Technology Specialist
Typically 1- 2 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or B.S./B.A. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math or business.
Understanding of Information Technology operating processes used for systems to ensure effective delivery.
Specialized knowledge.
Verbal & written communication skills - Good.
Organization skills - Good.
Collaboration & team skills - Good.
Analytical and problem solving skills - Good.
Meet educational requirements (see Education section)
Experience with conceptualizing data models and developing data pipeline processes
Experience with querying and manipulating large data sets (SQL)
Experience with communicating analytical insights through data visualizations such as Tableau
Experience working in Cloud platforms and Cloud infrastructure
Experience with communicating project progress and results using Microsoft Office products
Demonstrated ability to quickly develop knowledge and understanding of new domains and underlying data sources
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse audience
Experience encouraging teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness
Experience being resourceful and quickly and successfully adapting to change
Have an interest in obtaining a full-time position within CVS Health
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
Graduate student, Master’s degree, or Ph.D. candidate in related field like Data Engineer, Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics), enrolled at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign;
Technical Skills like SQL, Semantic Modeling, Data Modeling, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Visualization (Tableau);
Interest in data systems and/or Global Row Crop Breeding RD data related initiatives.
