文旅局长们“花式开卷”，网友：做实事，点赞！

最近，国内许多文旅局长亲自上阵，换上民族服饰、唐装汉服，作词创曲、骑马舞剑，创作各种小视频，使出浑身解数，为当地的旅游景点做宣传。

文旅局长为当地代言，目前已经成为热门趋势，仅四川省就有上百位文旅局长拍摄“文旅局长说文旅”系列短视频。这些在短视频平台上发布的视频吸引了大量网民的关注和点赞。

Recently, many government officials across the country have put themselves into videos promoting local culture and tourism resources. The videos, published over short-video platforms such as Douyin, have drawn lot of attention from netizens, giving likes and showing interest in the resources.

金甲戎装，长剑在手，身姿挺拔，气势如虹……甘肃省定西市临洮县文旅局副局长尹文涛穿越千年，变身“大秦少帅”，一时间吸粉无数。很多网友说，甘肃大将军终于“出战”了。

As a civil servant, Yin Wentao is proud that he could help promote his hometown by putting on armor and a cloak to play an ancient soldier in a publicity video.

He is deputy head of the bureau of culture and tourism of Lintao county, Dingxi in Gansu province.

尹文涛说：“我注意到，近年来用短视频来推介地方旅游和文化，已经成为一个有效的宣传推广方式。很多地方文旅局长为家乡旅游‘代言’，取得了很好的效果。”

"Using short videos over new media platforms to promote tourism has become an effective publicity channel," Yin said, adding that he and his colleagues wanted to do something and achieve good results.

据尹文涛介绍，“临洮文化旅游资源禀赋深厚，是马家窑文化的命名地、战国秦长城西起首，所以我们也想通过短视频的方式，利用新媒体平台推介、宣传当地旅游。”

此前，在零下20℃的黑龙江，穿鄂伦春服饰为家乡代言的塔河县文旅局长都波上了热搜。视频中，都波身穿一身白衣，在零下20度的黑龙江塔河演绎“森林的主人”，展示东北冰雪世界的美，并用富有辨识度的东北话向网友介绍当地。都波表示，“拍摄回来后，足足喝了两大壶姜汤。”

To promote the tourism industry of her hometown, Du Bo, the 44-year-old director of the culture and tourism bureau, shot videos of herself walking outside in the harsh winter cold wearing ethnic clothing. 

In the video, Du can be seen walking through a birch tree forest while wearing an elegant white dress. She is also wearing a headpiece decorated with deer antlers designed to make her look like a "white deer fairy".

"At that time, the temperature was lower than minus 20 degrees Celsius. We only had one afternoon and there was no time to find professional cameras or makeup crews," said Du.

2022年10月26日，为了推介当地的银杏谷景区，湖北随州市文旅局长解伟发布了一条短视频。视频中，他一袭白衣长袍，在银杏树下舞剑、下棋、喝酒，却因发饰“潦草”和略发福的身材，被网友吐槽“辣眼睛”、“丑出圈”。

Xie Wei, director of the cultural and tourism bureau of Suizhou, Hubei province, also made a splash on the internet. In a short video, Xie draped himself in white and wore a guan, a traditional Chinese crown headdress, as he dabbled in swordplay and drank wine amid the golden hues of autumn, trying to mesmerize viewers with a beautiful cultural setting. 

But Xie's style failed to strike a chord with many netizens; some said he lacked the charisma of a hero and criticized his strained, crude attempt.

在回忆自己亲自上阵拍小视频的初衷时，解伟也十分坦诚。一方面，是因为经费不足，长期下无法负担网络红人代言的经费，他就想着不如自己试一试做宣传；另一方面则是因为同行都很努力，他觉得自己不做就有点失职。

如今，解伟已经拥有了一批粉丝催更，随州也在他的宣传下变得为更多人所熟悉。

提起网红文旅局长，不得不提“策马雪原”短视频爆火的“马背上的货县长”贺娇龙。在某短视频平台上，“贺局长说伊犁”账号拥有粉丝近460万。

流量加持的贺局为当地做了不少实事。数据显示，截至2023年初，贺娇龙通过直播带货帮助当地农场售出价值2.1亿元的产品和副产品，带动直接就业人数2300余人。

Data shows that as of the beginning of 2023, He Jiaolong has helped local farm sell products and side products worth 210 million yuan (about $30.37 million) through livestreaming marketing and created more than 2,300 jobs for local people.

四川甘孜州文化广播电视和旅游局局长刘洪通过一则古风飘飘的“变装视频”火出圈。视频中的刘洪身着古装，时而划竹筏、时而游湖岸、时而牵骏马，一举一动尽显武侠小说中的侠客风采。绝美风景和俊美外表让网友纷纷表示“不去拍古装剧可惜了”。

2021年，这位四川甘孜州文化广播电视和旅游局局长变装成《笑傲江湖》中的侠客。一条仅12秒的短视频收割了超20万点赞。他也成为了自己家乡的旅游业的“当红代言人”。

In 2021, Liu Hong, director of the Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism Administration in Ganzi, dressed as a swordsman from Louis Cha's novel The Smiling, Proud Wanderer on Douyin. The short video of only 12 seconds has collected more than 200,000 likes. He also became a famous spokesman for the tourism resources of his hometown.

目前，刘洪的短视频账号已经有200多万粉丝，他主演的甘孜文旅系列短视频点赞量动辄突破百万 。他在个人简介里写道：“如果能宣传我的家乡四川甘孜，我愿意做一名网红！”
