【Career Forum｜4.1】Fight the Career Winter in the Tech Industry!

Co-organized by LEAP Career Development Forum and CESASC (Chinese Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern California), as part of the CESASC 61st Annual Convention, the Career Forum event is specifically designed to empower current and future job seekers and professionals in the STEM field with the right skills, winning strategies, and strong support to take charge of their own career and tackle daunting challenges haunting the tech industry.

The Career Forum will feature the following highlights:

1. A panel of distinguished professionals who will share their unique insights and inspiring experiences on how to navigate different professional pathways and thrive in the ever-changing job market.

2. A face-to-face immersive speed mentoring session with established mentors from a wide range of STEM disciplines who will offer valuable advice on writing winning resumes, coaching effective interviews, sharing decision logic of hiring managers, providing up-to-date immigration legal consultation, and giving away exclusive access to potential internship or full-time opportunities.
