基礎與轉化研究的領導力
Dr. Fan-Gang Zeng is a Professor of Anatomy and Neurobiology, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Sciences, Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and Director of the Center for Hearing Research at the University of California Irvine (2000-present). He is a leader in hearing science and technology, with 288 publications, 16848 citations, and an h-index of 63 (Google Scholar, September 1, 2022).
Dr. Zeng is the Editorial Board Chairman for The Hearing Journal and Advisor for National Deafness and Other Communication Disorders Advisory Council, China National Ear-Nose Throat Center, American Tinnitus Association, Hyperacusis Research, Paris Hearing Institute, Providence Center, and Syntiant Inc. He has consulted for NIH, NSF, DoD, and numerous other public and private agencies.
Dr. Zeng led the development of the Nurotron 26-electrode cochlear implant (SFDA approval in 2011 and CE Mark in 2012) and SoundCure tinnitus suppressor (FDA clearance and CE Mark in 2011). He has helped raise $100M for companies in artificial intelligence and healthcare.

深度合作改變醫療方式
何鼎教授現為新加坡國立大學Provost’s講座教授、Yong Loo Lin醫學院數碼醫學研究院院長、個性化醫學研究院院長及生物醫學工程系主任，並任醫學院藥理學系教授。
何教授及合作者成功開發及驗證一個強大的人工智能平台-CURATE.AI，以數碼生物技術提供個性化治療，可高效醫治腫瘤及傳染病等多種疾病。此外,他的團隊更開發了Identify.AI 優化技術, 並針對SARS-CoV-2的組合醫藥治療設計, 解決抗病毒之耐藥性問題。最近，他的團隊推出了WisDM Green 技術，這是一個可持續解決糧食安全和優化產量的技術平台。
何鼎教授先後獲選為美國國家發明家學院 (NAI) 院士, 及美國科學促進會 (AAAS)、美國醫學及生物工程研究所 (AIMBE) 及英國皇家化學會會士。因其在數碼健康領域的突破, 而處於國際公認的領導地位。何教授目前担任世界衛生組織 (WHO) 人工智能促進健康工作小組的組長。2022年，何教授並應邀在第七屆世界衛生大會中擔任兩位大會主題演講人之一。
何教授於2022年獲Tatler Asia選為亞洲最具影響力的人士之一，2019年名登亞洲新銳先鋒榮譽榜/新加坡，該獎項旨在表彰在亞洲地區塑造創新的人士。近日，何教授亦獲Tatler Singapore 頒發 ”英雄” 奬，以表彰他對新加坡生態系統及真實世界的影響力。此外, 何鼎教授亦曾獲新加坡電腦學會 "危機探路者" 科技英雄獎、NSF青年學者獎、Wallace H Coulter Foundation Translational 研究獎及V-基金會癌症研究學者獎等獎項。此外, 他還曾任實驗室自動化和檢測協會（SLAS）董事會主席，該協會是集全球領先的藥物研發及醫藥公司的組織。

Chinese-American Engineers and Scientists Association of Southern California (CESASC) is one of the oldest associations in California. Its mission is to serve as a platform to enrich their competence through technical conferences and workshops, to showcase their accomplishments through its annual Achievement Awards, to broaden their career perspectives through global and local networking, and to protect their interests and rights through organizational efforts. CESASC has presented Achievement Awards to recognize the individuals who have made significant contributions to engineering and science, or those with distinguished professional career in the United States. Our previous award recipients included Nobel Laureates, members of US National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineering and Institute of Medicine, Corporate and University executives, members of Committee 100, as well as public officials.
南加州中華科工學會(CESASC)成立於1962年，CESASC Foundation為加州註冊的501(c)(3)非營利機構，也是南加地區歷史最悠久的科技學會之一。學會由任職於南加州多所高科技企業公司與高校的華裔科工專業人士組成，致力於會員間的交流、會員及團體權益福祉、科技交流，以及就業與教育相關資訊的分享。
學會定期舉辦年會並頒發成就獎。曾擔任演講人，或出席領取成就獎的人士包括丁肇中、楊振寧、李政道、李遠哲、高錕、朱棣文等諾貝爾獎得主，吳健雄、吳耀祖、錢煦、朱經武等華裔科學、工程學院及中央研究院院士。協會也舉辦大型科技研討會，主題包括航天、資訊科技、人工智能、大數據、環保運輸、生物醫學、光電、建築、電子商務、管理科學、納米科技等主題，並邀請主流公司以展覽方式提供最新動態。
