职位：Quantitative Research & Development Associate

行业分类：Market making and portfolio manager

职位要求：

• Undergraduate degree (or higher) in Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics/ML, or similar

• Proficiency in C++ including modern OOP for building scalable production applications

• Proficiency in suitable data research & modeling language: Python, R, and possibly Matlab

• Firm grasp of data structures and algorithms and knowledge of their computational tradeoffs

• Knowledge and experience with developing robust statistical/ML models on numerical data

• Knowledge and understanding of software & data engineering principles and practice

• Experience working with Linux and Windows in a production environment

Technical requirements:

• Undergrad, MS, or PhD candidates in finance, computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning, physics, or other scientific discipline

• Solid mathematical and analytical ability; exceptional problem-solving and modeling ability

• Demonstrated ability to complete high level, statistical or applied mathematical research

• Prior experience in a quantitative role within a trading environment a plus

• Experience in solving highly complex, data intensive problems

• Programming proficiency in any of the following: C++, Java, R, or Python

• The expected monthly base salary for this position is $20,000. Our compensation package includes travel to the internship, overtime for all hours worked over 40 per week, a sign-on bonus, and choice of corporate housing or a summer housing allowance.
