俄罗斯：美国是幕后黑手！

据俄媒报道，俄罗斯总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫4日对媒体表示，美国是无人机袭击克里姆林宫事件的幕后黑手，乌克兰则根据美国的指示行事。

佩斯科夫说，袭击克里姆林宫的决定不是乌克兰而是美国做出的，乌克兰甚至连袭击目标和袭击手段都要听命于美国。

Russia said on Thursday that the United States was behind what it says was a drone attack on the Kremlin that aimed to kill President Vladimir Putin, while forces of Moscow and Kyiv both reported more airstrikes from the opposite side.

Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Ukraine had acted on US orders with the alleged drone attack on the Kremlin citadel in the early hours of Wednesday.

佩斯科夫表示，乌克兰和美国极力否认参与袭击事件的做法是“可笑的”。俄情报机构掌握袭击相关情况，但目前仅公开了一小部分信息。俄方正认真调查这一事件。

"Attempts to disown this (attack on the Kremlin), both in Kyiv and in Washington, are, of course, absolutely ridiculous. We know very well that decisions about such actions, about such terrorist attacks, are made not in Kyiv but in Washington," Peskov told reporters. "Kyiv only does what it is told to do."

Peskov said on Thursday an urgent investigation was underway and that any response would be carefully considered and balanced.

据媒体此前报道，俄罗斯总统新闻局3日发布消息说，乌克兰当天凌晨企图使用两架无人机对俄罗斯总统官邸克里姆林宫发动袭击，俄军方和情报部门采取措施成功拦截，无人机坠落碎片未对克里姆林宫内的人员和财产造成损失。

The Russian presidential press service said earlier that Ukraine sent two drones overnight into Wednesday to attempt a strike on Russian President Vladimir Putin’s residence in the Kremlin. Russian military and security personnel promptly disabled them. Putin was unharmed and is carrying on with his work as usual.

俄总统新闻秘书佩斯科夫当天稍晚时说，袭击发生时，俄总统普京未在克里姆林宫。

佩斯科夫还说，俄方将本次袭击视为一起有计划的恐怖袭击事件，是一起企图在胜利日前夕暗杀普京的行动。

The Kremlin regards the incident as a premeditated terrorist attack and an assassination attempt on the head of state. Russia reserves the right to retaliate when and how it sees fit.

不过，乌克兰总统办公室顾问波多利亚克称，乌方没有袭击克里姆林宫，乌方袭击目标仅限于乌被占领土上的军事设施。波多利亚克还称，此次袭击事件表明，俄方准备在未来几天进行大规模攻击。

Ukraine had denied Russian claims about its involvement in drone attacks on the Kremlin.

Ukraine presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak said the claims could provide a pretext for Russia "to justify massive strikes on Ukrainian cities, on the civilian population, on infrastructure facilities".

4日，美国白宫国家安全委员会发言人约翰·柯比表示，美国在无人机袭击克里姆林宫事件中没有扮演任何角色，美国既不鼓励也不允许乌克兰在乌克兰境外发动袭击。柯比还称，美国政府官员不确定谁是这起袭击事件的幕后黑手，但正在收集更多信息。

The US has nothing to do with the recent drone attack on the Kremlin, US National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby said on MSNBC television on Thursday.

"We still don't really know what happened," he said, adding that Washington is still assessing the situation.

"I can assure you that there was no involvement by the United States in this. Whatever it was did not involve us," he said. "We had nothing to do with this."

中国外交部发言人毛宁4日在外交部例行记者会上回应相关问询时表示，中方注意到有关报道，中方关于乌克兰危机的立场是一贯和明确的，各方应避免采取任何可能使局势进一步升级的行动。

在记者会上，有记者问及，这是否会影响中方派中国政府欧亚事务特别代表赴乌克兰访问的安排。对此，毛宁表示，关于中方将派中国政府欧亚事务特别代表赴乌克兰等国访问的事情，中方会适时的发布消息。中方将继续同国际社会一道，为推动政治解决乌克兰危机发挥建设性作用。

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said on Thursday that China's stance on the Ukraine crisis is consistent and clear, urging various parties to refrain from taking actions that might further escalate the situation. China will work with the international community to play a constructive role in pushing for a political solution to the crisis, Mao said.
