An online discussion emerged regarding the pricing and usage of unreserved seats on high-speed trains recently. The controversy gained significant attention and sparked heated debates among netizens.

有网友表示：“花一样的钱，却一个舒服坐着，一个只能被挤到厕所门口去。” 有网友认为：“无座”是指“无固定座位”，“有空座就可以去坐”。还有网友表示：“如果价格不一样，那别人都买无座，然后都去坐二等座。”

Many passengers voiced their frustration, pointing out that unreserved seats and second-class seats were being sold at the same price. They expressed their dissatisfaction with the situation, highlighting the stark difference in comfort between the two options. One netizen humorously remarked, "We're paying the same fare, but one gets to sit comfortably while the other is squeezed near the restroom."

对此，12306客服回应称：目前无座售价与二等座相同，目前的定价是根据国家发改委文件精神，由铁路运输企业自行定价，按照价格法、铁路法等法律法规规定，同时会根据市场情况，实行多档次浮动票价体系。

In response to these concerns, the 12306 China railway customer service provided an explanation. They stated that currently, unreserved seats were priced the same as second-class seats. This pricing policy was established in accordance with the guidelines set forth by China's National Development and Reform Commission, allowing railway transport companies to determine pricing independently. The pricing adhered to the relevant laws and regulations, including pricing and railway laws, while also considering market conditions and implementing a flexible fare system.

另据媒体报道，12306客服回应称：无座站票可以坐在空闲座位上，但若是该座位的乘客上车，须给该座位乘客让座。针对这个问题会进行记录建议，看今后铁路部门在相关票价进行修改时是否能采纳。

此前，#高铁无座票也是可以坐的#，这一话题在网络上引起热议。有网友表示：“高铁无座不是真的无座，是‘无固定座位’，可以根据座位上方的指示灯，寻找可坐的座位。亦可寻求列车乘务人员的帮助，找到空位坐下。如果车厢座位全部坐满，那无座票旅客就只能站着了。 ”

网友看到的列车座位上的指示灯，出现在复兴号动车组列车座位上方。指示灯分红、绿、黄三色，红色代表该席位当前站有旅客；绿色代表该席位当前站没有旅客，下一站也没有旅客；黄色代表该席位当前站没有旅客，但下一站会有。

The indicator lights were coded in red, green, or yellow, with red indicating that the seat was currently occupied, green signaling no passengers at the current and next station, and yellow indicating no passengers at the current station but expected passengers at the next.
