1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these terms and conditions to be valid.

2. The Promotion commences at 9am AEST on 18 September 2023 and ends at 5pm AEDST on 18 October 2023 (Promotion Period).

3. Entry is open to residents of Australia who complete the Application Form in full via the web link (by scanning the QR code on the flyer) by 5pm AEDST on 18 October 2023 (Eligible Entrants)

4. Promotion is limited to the first ten Eligible Entrants (Successful Entrants), and the Promotion is only eligible to be applied to the sale of one (1) property.

5. For the Successful Entrants to continue to be eligible for the Promotion, they must sign an Exclusive Sales Authority with Global Realty Burwood, and return to Global Realty Burwood, by 11:59pm AEDST 1 November 2023.

6. In the event that the exclusive sales authority is provided to Global Realty Burwood by this time, the marketing fee payable by the Successful Entrant to Global Realty Burwood will be $AUD 1.00, irrespective of the sale price.

7. Should the Successful Entrant elect not to proceed with the Promotion, or fails to meet the terms by which the Promotion is offered, the Promotion cannot and will not be transferred to any other party.

8. Successful Entrants are to bear all other associated costs (such as agent’s commission) and must list the property on the market by 15 December 2023 to be eligible for the promotion.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the terms of, or cancel, the Promotion at any time without liability to any participant or other person, subject to applicable laws.

10. Advertising Costs charging by the third party shall be paid in advance to the Promoter, which will be fully refunded within 14 days of the settlement of the property.

11. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) by the Eligible Entrants or the Successful Entrants, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, has breached any of these terms and conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
