职位要求：

• Currently pursuing a degree in a quantitative field

• Preferred candidates are pursuing advanced degrees in statistics, math, economics, applied sciences, or computer science

• Experience using Python or R; SQL a plus

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a complete narrative using data to a variety of audiences

• Ability to connect data analysis to real business problems, in order to impact business performance

What we need to see:

• Pursuing a graduate degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Math, Computational Sciences, or related)

• Excellent Python programming, debugging, performance analysis, and test design skills

• Experience working with common Python data analytics and machine learning libraries including pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, Dask, PyTorch, etc

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and algorithms/mathematics fundamentals

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Professional experience working in data science or in software development at a data-oriented organization

• Experience contributing to and working with open-source software communities

• Experience with C++/CUDA or experience developing Python bindings for C++ libraries/tools

• Experience developing for distributed systems using Hadoop, Spark, Dask, Ray or similar technologies

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in engineering, computer science, or a related field.  

• Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship.  

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling, or data engineering work.
