Figma, or equivalent design application experience
Ability to work across multiple tracks of work
Must be able to provide examples of user experiences authored that take complex problems and flows and distill them into simple, usable, and intuitive flows
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries

Rising senior pursuing a BA or MA in UX Design, HCI, or a related field
Proficiency in UX-related software (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Basic design skills (wireframes, mock-ups, basic interactive prototypes)
Understanding of UX fundamentals
Understanding of project requirements, use-cases, and goals
Familiarity with requirements gathering, user interviews, and capturing actionable data from competitive analysis or UX research
Excellent communication and presentation skills
