Join us for an immersive two-day in-person program thoughtfully crafted for college students interested in consulting and seeking valuable networking opportunities. Throughout the program, you’ll have a chance to connect with women from across the country and network with Oliver Wyman staff of diverse levels and experiences. Participants will also delve into comprehensive resources covering interviewing techniques, case preparation strategies, and insights into the daily life of a consultant. Moreover, the program grants exclusive access to discussions with leaders, providing invaluable perspectives on their experiences and journeys in the consulting industry as women in the workplace.

We look for initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong background in problem solving and analytics. We do not require a specific academic major or industry experience and we value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of studies/work.
