中国人民非常认真地在实现他们的梦想
2021年，中国经济总量达到114.4万亿元人民币，占世界经济比重超过18%；城镇化率超过60%，中等收入群体超过4亿人，是全球中等收入群体规模最大的国家；脱贫攻坚战取得全面胜利，提前10年实现联合国2030年可持续发展议程减贫目标；2021年全国居民恩格尔系数为29.8%，达到联合国划定的富足标准；中国铁路总体技术水平迈入世界先进行列，高速、高原、高寒、重载铁路技术在世界处于领先地位……
从积贫积弱发展为世界第二大经济体，从落后的农业国转型为世界第一制造业大国，从温饱不足到总体小康、奔向全面小康……中国只用了短短几十年的时间，就跑完了西方发达国家上百年甚至数百年的发展历程。
在几乎所有发展指标上，14亿多人口的中国每往前走一步，都需要比其他国家付出更多努力，也给世界带来了更深远的影响。令世界瞩目的中国发展速度，归根到底来自于14亿多中国人民上下一心、在中国共产党领导下建设祖国的强烈愿望。
谢拉夫先生看到了中国发生的很多变化，他认为最重要的是：中国人民在非常认真地实现他们的梦想。在2014年，他读了很多关于中国梦的文章。他深刻地体会到：在实现中国梦的过程中，中国共产党、中国政府、中国人民团结一致、上下一心，就像激荡的洪流一般奔涌向前。
I saw a lot of changes and the most important thing I felt is that people are very serious to achieve a dream. Later on, in 2014, I read a lot about the Chinese dream, and I understood a lot that both the CPC, the government, and the people were in one, like a wave of achieving the Chinese dream.
中国拥有一套值得尊敬的治理体系
On the conceptual level, Chinese dream is a model, which is people prosperity and nation rejuvenation. And this is a model that actually any serious country, especially developing countries should follow. It is people in the beginning, in the heart and the nation is the big picture.
The Chinese experience, as a concept, it makes a balance between Chinese characteristics and opening-up.
Also, on the conceptional level, a successful government system led by the CPC which is a government system that, if followed, that will help a lot of people, a lot of countries, especially developing countries.
在实际操作层面，中国向世界提出了许多极佳的倡议。比如“一带一路”倡议和全球发展倡议。
On the practical operation level, China offered the world with excellent initiative, such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the Global Development Initiative.
I believe it's a kind of a media war to try to disturb the very strong and very promising relation between China and Africa. Also most of these debts are due to infrastructure projects, which is a long-term project. And also it gives a slow cash return. We should remember that these projects are decided by the governments, not by China. These projects also proved to attain a very good level of economic and social return, like employment and poverty alleviation.
我认为中国可以在经济特区建设方面为埃及提供帮助，中国也能从中受益。其中的典型便是苏伊士运河经济特区。
I believe that China can help and benefit from establishing more economic zones, especially on the Suez Canal pathway.
其次，中国可以助力埃及深入发展工业化进程。
Second is helping Egypt deepen industrialization.
我认为中国文明和埃及文明，这两大独特的文明，能互帮互助，对世界也有利。
I believe with these two unique civilizations, China and Egypt, we can help each other and help the world.
I believe that these three messages make me confident that General Secretary Xi will receive outstanding support, and the CPC will illustrate its plan towards achieving the second century commitment, and continue the hard and faithful work to fulfill the Chinese dream.
