money order没用上，可以退吗？

在Walmart开的money order最后没用上，拿回去退，说已经写了收款方名字所以不能退了。可这钱我没花，收款方也没收，最后被Walmart白白赚走了？

说你的money order丢了？然后让沃尔玛补发一张给你，补发的自然是没有收款人名字了，然后你把它兑现到自己的银行去？

问一下你自己的银行，可以把买money order的receipt也带着备用

我好几年前买了30块打算去使馆给娃办旅行证，到了使馆用了信用卡就没用上。最近才翻出来，银行说超过一年的不能存了，网上去refund要扣15块手续费，抢钱啊。。。所以没用上的赶紧存自己银行吧。
