各位房东每个月都要发短信提醒租户交房租么

我在国内的租户我们从来不提醒，偶尔人家忘了很久了问一嘴，在美国也没租过房子，就今年买卖没衔接上租了一次。上次有个帖子问了大家这个房东把信放在这里我还在帮他收，为什么呢，他说把自住房租给我了，他和他老婆出去租了airbnb？？说租金5000多和我的租金一样了，自己也没赚到钱，而且airbnb什么不能收信，我就同意帮他继续收了。然后我每个月按时付房租，甚至提前两天月末就付了，但是即便如此，他还是每个月给我发一大段短信提醒我交房租，真的觉得好烦，各位房东都这么催租子？

还每次都要说租约里写了每月一号支付房租 我也不能拉黑他，而且这半年我每个月上个月月末就付了，但是他还是孜孜不倦骚扰人 现在好讨厌印度人……

不需要 一次忘了没事 多次我就要charge late fee了 不然每个人都提醒一遍也很累的

这种是脑子有包吧？租户是客户，对客户这么随便。

让你老公跟他联系吧，拿信什么的，觉得他涉嫌骚扰你…

而且我现在很后悔租房子没来个一起walk in inspection 因为是新房子我进来还发现了些问题 回头明年我搬走万一说是我给弄坏的岂不是很麻烦 譬如墙上一个nest有一个裂痕，我很肯定本来就是那样 然后我问了他 这位老印竟然说本来不是这样的 老印撒谎是不是都可以满脸真诚

我是网站收租 网站会提前一天制动给没setup payment的租客发邮件提醒。我是提醒过一次，就第一次有位租客没有设置网站账号而且是月末最后一天了。也许你的房东也是设了个自动发送，只是没有那么智能。确实挺讨人烦。

我怀疑你的烙印房东很享受这种当房东的superiority，不要给他脸

有些老印就是这样的。你有话要明说，让他不要催。不明说，他会继续给你发。

老印大多吃软怕硬，千万别对他客气。让他知道你不好惹就会收敛。
