中药上面小柴胡汤是可以调整胸肋的,通常会有一定的帮助,大柴胡汤同时还会让大肠动一动,排点大便出来,降低腹腔张力,某些情况下效果更好。有些药物是调整肠胃功能的,可以让腹部筋膜拉扯力度降低了,作用在肋骨上的张力也会松开一点,间接让作用在头皮上的张力下降,达到助眠的作用。
西药中间的安眠药作用就更直接一点,直接关闭神经系统的响应,也能让人睡。
