第一次这样哦mammo, 被call要求做ultra sound，瑟瑟发抖中，求jmm看下report

这是啥啊，很害怕

亚洲人胸比较dense，mammo效果不好看不清，ultrasound才能看清。

放松点，在美国亚裔被叫去做这个挺常见的，感觉读片子的人都不考虑种族体质不同，很多时候都是虚惊一场。即使最坏的情况真有问题，乳腺癌分型，大多数人的类型存活率都很高。

就是看不清，用b超再看一遍，不用担心

看清楚了挺好的啊，其实亚洲人应该直接做ultrasound。

你跟我一样，几年前第一次做后被护士打电话叫去做进一步b超差点吓死。结果就是由于亚洲人密度大，基本都要被叫去做进一步检查。这几年都习惯了。

还没做过mammo，但医生已经开始提醒做了。是不是可以要求skip mammo直接ultrasound？

昨天接到护士电话说abnormal found，腿都要软了。。约了明天的ultra sound，希望没事

可以要求，但是不一样的地方code不一样不见得给你直接做。我的医生是直接给我约了ultrasound，结果发现在ultrasound之前（同一天）还硬性给我加了一个mammo，就是为了符合code。以前我在另一个州就没有废话直接给做ultrasound。

第一次做mammo很正常，亚洲人胸密度大，mammo很多地方看不清楚不好下结论，而且我的理解是第一次mammo要给以后的片子建一个参照可以每年拿出来对比，所以不要太害怕

没事，我也是当时被吓得要死，立马就去diagnostic Mammo, 当时我就被留下来做B超， 很紧张，后来一切正常，这些都不属于preventative care, 需要自己付copay的，你注意自己的保险，我当时自己掏了好几百刀。现在我根本不去做这个 screening mammo了，每次回国就直接去b超一下。快又省心。

别担心，我去年和你一样的程序，当时也怕的要命。 放轻松，就像别的mm说的一样，我们亚洲女孩子就是dense。 希望大家都好好的！！！

大概率没事。亚裔多数都是这样，做ultrasound就是图个心安

正常，亚洲人结蹄组织多，密度大。欧美人脂肪多，密度低。

为啥不直接给做ultrasound 。那个mammo每次做都很痛苦😣，腋下的皮都要给扯破了。
