川普说要让美国重新伟大，大家觉得是没有啊，这次就轮到拜登了，拜登的豪言是“咱回来了”。什么意思呢？就是老大回来了，因为拜登明言“重返世界领导地位”，其外长说得更干脆，“世界离开了咱就是不行啊”。

民主还是很有广泛的基础，老实说专制确实令人不爽，多说一句话都被下架，但民主作为一种体制的局限性社会越是进步约显得突出，很多时候带来更大的混乱，民主对了也就觉得是不是过头了，这不是习近平或王沪宁这么说，或五毛总监这么说，而是西方自己的感觉，“For the first time this century, among countries with more than 1m people, there are now fewer democracies than there are non-democratic regimes.”问题在哪呢？
民主只是体制的一个核心部分，而不是一切，强调世界只是按照民主专制划分是混淆了社会的复杂性，当民主成为一种武器到时候，带来的损害往往难以弥补其好处。

【4】中国的“统一”
川普当局不仅仅促成美国西方对中国的敌视，也使得中国精英权贵达成对美国肆意围堵扼杀中国的共识，中国国内的团结程度就会高于西方世界的团结程度。
以前中国半导体行业不能起飞的原因之一是政府民间大企业都三心二意，因为与西方企业一样，第一是利润，保证产品质量就不能用国产，但美国过去几年的行为已经把中国全社会推到一个别无退路的地步，结果极其可能是中国半导体产业的翻身。
