梅花  - 王安石〔宋代〕

白玉堂前一树梅，为谁零落为谁开。

唯有春风最相惜，一年一度一归来。

(Plum Flower)

A plum tree alone afore White-Jade-Hall,

For whom will she blossom or will she fall?

Her best cherisher is none but East breeze,  

Year after year on her it’ll come to call.
