              Lodger Agreement 

The Property : 21 Ashby, Eaglestone, MK6 5AP

The Householder: Mr Mingda Guo , Mobile: 07426853165

The room:  single , First Floor 

The Lodger : Ms Emily Cameron 

The Terms : begins on 29/07/ 2023 with 4 weeks notice on both sides to terminate       

                     the agreement  or  change the terms 

The Payment : £450 per month in advance on the 29th of each   month 

The Deposit : £450 would be refunded upon the ending of the  

                     Contract if no contract terms breached .

The rent includes utilities , council tax and internet bills provided that the the lodger agree not to waste utilities. The householder can regulate the utilities usage to improve the efficiency.
