有谁知道如何用水，肥皂，食盐和酒精，在5分钟内从大肠杆菌（香蕉也行，其他俺能
搞到的蔬菜水果都行）中提取到白花花的DNA？要那种用棍子一搅就能带起来的~~ms中
学生物实验做过，今天尝试了一次，完败，泪奔~~事关重大，大家帮忙啊！

没做过
但是个人感觉原理上可行
肥皂是detergent，加水溶解处理应该可以破细胞
从而释放出DNA（加热煮沸能促进细胞裂解）
如果能离心，取上清加入3倍体积酒精晃晃应该就能取出DNA了

I remember one of my TA labs using strawberry
mashed in the extraction buffer made of 100ml shampoo+15g salt in 1L water,
then add 1.5 teaspoon meat tenderizer. After filtered through cheesecloth,
go through ethanol precipitation (v:v 1:1) . Stir with a glass stick and you
will see the white sticky strawberry DNA. Since strawberry has multiple
haploid so very easy to get DNA.
Hope this may help.

thanks a lot, but i don't want to use cheesecloth as it cost time. Is it
doable without passing through cheesecloth?

啊呀，这么一说我也记得好像大学的时候做过类似的实验，也是有那么一步
是用玻璃棒来搅，能看到一些东西缠在上面。
