来美国留学了三年了，从我的美国舍友哪里也学习了不少生活知识和技能。顶不住
舍友们对中国文化的异常追捧的兴趣，我在去年回国的时候特意学习了中国的剪纸和书
法技能准备教给舍友们。
不过还真是要说起我在训练班里，学习的过程了。虽说自己是一个地地道道的中国
人，可要提起这些源远流长博大精深的中国文化，我还是有些惭愧的。因为从小学到高
中，除了学过一些简单的音乐和舞蹈外，其他的可谓一知半解。所以，当自己来到辅导
班学习的时候，很是吃力，光是毛笔字的横竖撇捺我整整练习了一个月，所幸自己的付
出都没有白费，自己后来的成果还是得到了老师的肯定。而后又利用一个月的时间跟着
奶奶学会了最简单的剪纸，比如一些“囍”字，一些小动物的图案。
回到学校后，我给舍友们带了笔墨纸砚和一些剪纸，看着她们如我当初一般笨拙的
学习，是不是的爆发出一阵笑声，让我也觉得快乐起来。但是中国文化不是一朝一夕就
能让他们理解的，就像我虽然在美国呆了三年，但有些美国文化我却依然不能够真的明
白。
因此，加强国与国之间的文化交流应该从小做起，从每一个人做起。

大致搜了一下，似乎没有什么general的研究，都是focus到具体某个蛋白
不知道PBD里面一个gene多个isoform都有结构的多不多
麻烦指点一二

AP status is still initial review. FP done Nov 2x (early walk in). Looks
like this is the first EAD production report for EB2C filed 485 to TSC in
Nov.

alternative splicing最直接的结果就是一级结构（不同domain的出现或者消失）改变
。一般大家都会focus在这些domain上，看他们的功能。至于这些domain的出现或者消
失是否会影响高级结构，进而影响整个蛋白的功能，应该是那些捞晶体的活。

domain分析我做过一点，但是考虑到residue之间的long range interaction，我很好
奇AS会在多大程度上影响结构。我觉得即使没有general研究这个的文献，对某个重要
蛋白的应该还是有的。大致看了看，似乎有讨论p53 isoform的，还需要再看看。
