以前申7W5的挂了，去argue说信用记录太短，大约两年，现在发信来说可以申3W的，第
一年免费，年费50 ，确实需要买机票，没有citi 的checking acct,大牛指点下，是从
了这个，还是等7W5 的再申，怕申了下次有更好的不能申了。谢谢。
另外如果申请了，怎么尽快攒张回国机票？

Recently I got some problem with western blot. Please take a look of the
picture. The antibody is very good. While I just can not get evenly
distributed signal. There is no bubble during transfer. Does anyone has
similar experience? Thanks so much!

把胶染一染,看看你的lane是不是直的
个人经验是sample盐浓度不一样,跑的时候会把有些Lane压成火箭形,到后面就是一个点

Now you can apply the 75,000 one. It has been 2 years!
The 30k one is not worth trying at all.
You can even try to apply for two AA cards (one Visa, one Amex) on the same
day.

用ponceau S 染色时看不到明显区别。如果样品盐浓度不均匀是不是说我得loading
buffer有问题？非常感谢！

i guess the problem is staining of antibody is not even. Could you immerse
the membrane in antibody solution, and shake at 4c overnight? also shake in
2nd antibody.

其实你认真读读链接的帖子就可以知道
现在已经没有文字说明这个offer
有得只是链接和电话确认
电话问的那个ref No.
看你的申请确认信的源码，很容易找到
没留那个页面，等拿到卡激活时，和CSR 确认

你说的一点没错，我现在开始担心了，没有一个地方提到这个offer.
如果收到卡后，没有这个deal 了，不激活是不是也算申请过了，以后没机会了？
现在打电话过去问行不行，如果没有就cancel?

Do not worry.
Read other posts here, you will know you do not need to worry at all.
You will not have another chance in the future. You can call to verify the
bonus now. But you cannot cancel it.

回国机票现在都很贵，直接去二手版求miles就好了，如果高miles的卡申不下来
