大侠，这种情况下h1b批准后可工作吗？
举例：
目前是cap exampt h1b，i94 valid date from 04／2011－04／2014，
找到公司工作；
08／01／2011公司 file H-1B Change of Employer under premium processing
08／13／2011 new H-1B approval by uscis
LCA 中period of employment为 08／14／2011－08／13／2014
那是否从08／14／2011开始，我即可工作，直到10／01／2011新h1b开始，中间没有gap？
网上看了些解释，不是很理解。
请大侠指点

谢谢回复
08／14－10／1可合法工作？不算gap？
大家都在说利用H-1B portability，如果h1b批准早于10／1日，就得停止工作，直到
10／1日。
