千老其实无非几条路选：
1）进Clinic相关的Program
2）海归找位置
3）转Tech
4) 转CS
5) 自己创业做small business
6) 去公司做Reseach Scientist
7) 找Staff或者发考题的位置

It largely depends on the lender. Rule of thumb, the big banks will have
less requirement yet relatively high mortgage rate.
Small lender is most likely to demand more paper work due to potential
possible reasons investor(s) refuses to purchase your loan.
Normally your funding day shall be around, or before, your locked rate
expired day. Lender may (or may not) ask additional verification, such as
your employment.
This is your mortgage broker job. You just need submit info requested.
