Background: BS in engineering, I've been working for 5 yrs. I'd like to
expand job opportunities or simply just learn for fun. Company will
reimburse the tuition. I'm not too sure if this is the right field for me,
but I'm interested in trying. I'm thinking of online program because of its
flexible time.

Definitely not a hole!
Nowadays more and more schools are offering online programs to professionals
, although it's not from the top school. It's very profitable to school!

我觉得与其读网络MBA，不如买本《MBA十日通》来看更划算。

you should give it a try.
not sure what you intent is, but in general, MBA isn't worth it if you don't
go to a top program (top 5 in its field).
try a school with good executive mba program and see if you can get your
company to reimburse it. the downside of an e-mba is that you don't have
access to its placement office but if you don't intend to jump jobs using
your mba degree, it is not that bit of a deal.
