H-1B被雷，出境一年以上那个6年的clock就reset了，新的H-1B subject to cap。可是
如果一年以内呢？比如说，H-1B goes from 2012 to 2015, I was laid off and left
country in June 2013, if get a tourist visa to enter and get an offer from
an U.S. company, can a U.S. company sponsor my H-1B anytime without being
subject to the cap and can I get an H-1B visa that goes to 2015 since I have
not exhausted the remainder of the visa?
