h1b 第二年，但是当时的contract 所以现在的hib 9月份过期。
会因为485 pending 不能extend 么？
拿到ead 之前不打算用ead.

I think you can extend H1-b, the only concern is that your employer knows
you already have EAD or will have EAD soon, they do not want to renew H1-B
for you.
