现了其财富三级跳。
每日经济新闻6月20日讯随着桂林三金拿到IPO批文，即将开始招股而登陆深圳交易所
，持有公司IPO发行前44.53%股权的邹节明家族财富也将快速增值。业内人士表示，按
照当前A股市场同类公司30倍PE计算，随着桂林三金上市，邹节明家族的财富或将超过
36亿元，可以排到2008年福布斯富豪榜的前90位。
邹节明这位福布斯新贵是如何实现其财富版图的呢？《每日经济新闻》记者查阅《桂林
三金招股说明书》，发现邹节明家族借助公司在12年间通过1997年、2001年、2007年三
次股权重大变动，成功实现了其财富三级跳。

国退民进控制11.06%股份
1967年5月，公司的前身桂林中药厂成立，当时公司是一家全民所有制企业。此后经过
多次增资，1994年3月，以桂林中药制药厂为核心，组建了桂林三金药业集团公司，其
中桂林市国资管理部门和中国药材公司分别占注册资本的77.78%和22.22%。
1994年6月，民泰公司承接中国药材公司股份，桂林三金药业集团公司股东变更为桂林
市国资

小有帮助 cfa里面的quantitative的题目基本都是统计概率题有点类似
但是比重不大
估计也就是28-29道的样子总共240道题目

samrt phone足够多才行。不够多收费service成本就太高，做不动。
目前现在还不够多。
足够多就会推动硬件供货商。这是第一步。

CFA里的quantitative比P简单多了，高中绝对能搞定。印象中都没有conditional prob
的计算

现在不是有那么多公司出smartphone嘛
我觉得无线通信可能迎来第二春主要是因为smartphone的流行对通信需求带来的是爆炸
性的增长，以后这个供需会非常紧张。
据说ATT的网络数据流量暴涨了5000倍（不知道是不是我记错了，反正这个数字很夸张
）。

物理极限决定了带宽瓶颈短期是难以解决的，估计到时会有提高收费的措施来降低流量

STM(combined with NXP, EMP), Icer, MediaTek, HiSilicon. Marvell has some
share too.

Nokia has kind of its own BB. Apple? I don't know. Apple is working on its
own application processor for sure.

TI was in good shape because Nokia used it.
TI was not able to have its own 3G stack. When Nokia started to find
other alternatives, TI's share has been dropping...

是不是因为管理混乱啊。

TI was in good shape because Nokia used it.
TI was not able to have its own 3G stack. When Nokia started to find
other alternatives, TI's share has been dropping...

mediatek就是山寨机后面的支撑
原来阳春白雪的手机设计，被mediatek给简化了
随便什么场子都可以生产手机了
当然ti, ad这些就卖不动了

hard to imagine they start BB modem design from scratch, with giants like TI
, freescale exiting...

It will squeeze the margin and make the market more competitive for sure.

同意guvest的分析，video能带动的也先是半导体吧，比如手机芯片中的AP
而且video不一定要走3g网络，特别是mobile TV
看看国内的cmmb就可以知道了。

联发科的3G芯片，主要还是TD
TD的芯片三大供应商是ST-Ericsson的中国子公司T3G ，联发科还有展讯，
marvel好像也有TD的基带芯片
