"you guys" is not a derogatory.
almost nobody will put "you guys" in writing.

I always use" you guys have fun"
if I can not go some parties held by friends
I think it's ok bah

oh, perhaps i should've said that almost nobody would put "you guys" in
formal writing.
there is nothing bad about "you guys".

我的理解, "you guys" 其实是复数的一种表达方式. 比如当房间里有几个人, 你想提
一个问题, 或者告别, 一般都会说"Do you guys think...?" 或 "see you guys
tomorrow".
如果仅仅用you 别人无法知道你到底是在跟一个人说话, 还是跟大家一起说, 反而是不
礼貌的.

I think you better use the right characters in this case. I was confused
by the turkey for a while.

The phrase is improper in professional or academic writing, for it is
colloquial, but not because it is derogatory or pejorative. It cerntainly
can be used in emails, letters and novels.

I think very few people would say "See you all tomorrow". "See you guys
tomorrow" is much more common when one speaks to a group of people.
"Do all of you think...?" is not equivalent to "Do you guys think...?" The
first question is actually asking whether all people have the same opinion
on one thing, while the second is soliciting opinions from each individual
person.
Also, what's your way to say "What do you guys think of..."
