Same with iron - iron in the meat is richer and easier to absorb. I just got a test result for iron deficiency, so I need to eat more meat. For my kids, 牛奶 is a no-brainer - it has more calcium. I'm all for a diversified diet, and when possible, with preferrence on organic or antibiotic free milk/egg/meat, and organic or local fresh vegetables.
