从版上受益很多，刚面试完，贡献几个问题，攒人品。
中部小学校，skype，3个人面试，时间很短，只花了25分钟就面完了。下面是问题：
1. Whom do you want to collaborate with in our department or college?
2. Talk about the first proposal after your joining us, and where do you
want submit?
3. Some details about the project that I am working, general questions, such
as source for the funding, how long it will take to complete...?
4. What equipment do you need to conduct your research?
5. Do you need extra facilities to do your researches?
6. What core courses can you teach in our department? Which course do you
prefer?
7.What new courses can you develop?
8. After your setting up your lab（2-3years later), how many courses can you
teach each semester? quantify it.
9. Questions for us.
问了他们两个问题：
1.average teaching loading for current faculty.很幸运我的回答和他们的回答是
一致的。
2. what level of collaboration among faculties in the department。
最后，他们说要花大概三周时间面试完所有的candidates，然后决定onsite名单。
面试时间很短，自己觉得聊得还算比较愉快，但不知道真实的情况是怎样。他们强调很
重视teaching，但自己的teaching经验不是很足，自己的强项主要还是research。
