EB1A， 140 三个月前批了，485 还在pending（大概3个月多点）。
HR办公室要求交明年的移民表格，我的H1B到明年5月底过期。
网上都说不要在绿了之前用EAD，不知道用EAD有多大风险。
半年内多半要换工作，就不太想延H1B了，又担心中间的风险。

使用了EAD就从非移民身份转到移民身份了，似乎是不可逆的。
这样万一485被拒，就只能回国了。
