今天收到USCIS的来信，是要求提供孩子出生证明:
“Please submit a copy of your official birth certificate. If the document
is not in English, please include a certified English translation. If a
birth certificate does not exist or cannot be obtained, you must demonstrate
this
and submit secondary evidence pertinent to the facts at issue.”
但是，我在寄485材料时，已经递交了国内的出生证明(绿色的中英文)和公证书（两页
中文两页英文）
，怎么还要出生证明呀？
不知道各位有没有碰到过这样的RFE? 恳请各位帮忙想想，任何建议都万分感激！

这边认可的出生证明应该是政府部门出具的吧，如果国内是医院开的不知道他们是不是
会不承认……不过最好还是听听别人的建议，看看能不能找到考古帖

你交了公证书还交国内的出生证明干嘛？审材料的一看有中文，但没有单独的翻译，估
计是没有多看，就给你发RFE了。我觉得你就再交份公证书的复印件试一试，说明这是
出生证明。

再寄一份，同时附信说明这就是国内提供的标准公证件，应该就可以了，这明显是移民
局弄错了。

For my son, I included a 4-page notarial certificate of birth, a birth
certificate and it's English translation.
