1. People are not morally responsible for things they have no control.
2. They are not responsible for the consequecnces of such things.
3. Everyone sometimes acts in ways that are inevitable consequence of
something else(treatment received as an infant, who has no control over it,
thus not responsible)
An adult can not be morally responsible for every action he performs.
A is wrong because it is out of scope (commonly performed actions) and
unwarranted (no one should ever be held responsible).

Right, but the thing is, if B is correct, apparently A is correct too, as B
includes all actions performed by an adult and commonly performed actions
are certainly part of all actions.

B doesn't mean "none of their actions should be held morally responsible", i
t means " there is at least one action that shouldn't be held morally respon
sible".
