帮朋友问，已经dismissed by court，the officers said no record。是这样吗？是
不是填表的时候像have you been arrested for some criminal? 这样的问题可以填no
了。谢谢！

我记得一般表上都是问 have you ever been convict for a felony, 我觉得不会问
arrested这样的事情吧？
另外record永远会有，别想去掉的，只是查不到而已。万一比如将来犯了大案子，自然
还是会把这些经历都提出来的。

我也不是十分理解这些事情，昨夜我也被警察告知你被逮捕了，，，可是你可以呆在家
里。。
事后，我询问警察局，他们说没有离开家，应该不是逮捕。。。。。

我因为 Court 的错误而被他们发了 Notice of Warrent for Arrest. 到 Police
station paid the bail, and they filled out an arrest form for me :(
I heard that you could do "expungement" to delete the record....but not sure
how and how troublesome that would be...

If the form you're filling out says something in the nature of "disclose
even if the record is expunged," then you're required to disclose. If there
's no "even if expunged" clause, it could be a gray area.
