加油的时候往后倒车，侧面有个老墨从旁边走过来，
我看到他走过来，所以就没等他正对着我车就踩刹车了。
他假装被撞了一下，然后就喊 you hit me, you hit me. 我没理睬他，他继续往前走
，走的很正常。
我加油的时候，他从cashier 里面出来，看到我立刻装出一瘸一拐的样子，然后喊
you hit me, you hit me. 还说他车里面有witness，要call cop。
和他一个车里面的女的也说 call them right now.
碰到这种情况在法律上讲应该如何应对哪？ shall i call cop and ambulance?
加油站应该有video record 的吧。如果要告他或者被告，什么人可以做witness 哪？
和他车里面的人可以做证人嘛？

Call the cops and they will run as fast as they did when they crossed the

what if the cop is a mexican also, and show bias to the guy.
nothing happened afterwards anyway.
