最近一段不知是怎么了, 经常是坐着伸懒腰的时候, 或者头往后仰的时候,

上查了一下，说S Corp。创办人必须有绿卡或是公民，也许这是一个原因？有没有高手
解释一下。
现在主要的想法是
1.如注册一个公司能维持住绿卡最好。
2.有想法以后和美国公司做生意，卖试剂。这样如果有公司，结算起来方便一些，也有
利于今后在美国扩展业务。
我的问题是：
应该注册哪种公司，LLC 还是S Corp.?
另外回国后，美国没有地址了，这个怎么处理？
像我这种情况，在哪个州办公司好，我指抱税优惠。

无论是什么样的公司,S,INC,LLC.对有绿卡的人来说都不存在什么"维持身份"的作用.
要维持绿卡,你得让移民局认为你有居住在美国的愿望,开个皮包公司达不到这个要求.
