跌的多一点(我的agent是>=1/4 pt)你的agent可以跟银行renegotiable，但银行是否批
是没有guarantee的。

如果是自己决定锁的，不建议change lender。这样对agent不公平。

Refinance 过程中, borrower could change mind anytime. 还有 3 days recession
