刚开始接触绿卡申请，想问一下大家，以前国内研究领域根现在不一样，那在国内发的
文章和引用在申请绿卡的时候能算进去不？

背景： 前一个perm被拒，原因之一是因为有一个广告里没有具体薪水,用了depend on
experience的字眼。律师是公司请的，我炒不了。
现在准备新的perm，我发邮件给律师要求每个广告都有具体薪水。律师回复了如下：
The regulations require that the In House Posting list the salary or a
salary range. The other ads are not required to list a salary.
We listed a salary range on the IHP, and on XXX. The range is $XXX-$XXXXX
per year. No of the other ads contain salary information, and we never put
salary information in those ads.
妈蛋，听了我想骂人，第一个被拒就是因为没有标薪水被拒了，现在人家还不标薪水，
这是啥意思？他说的有道理吗？我改怎么去跟他argue?

出远门一周,刚回来没几天,今天做饭打开橱柜,发现一周前新买的辣椒香油的塑料瓶盖
被疑似老鼠的动物咬开了一个大洞,小片的塑料掉了一大堆在橱柜的木板上.
因为是老房子,以前一直也担心会不会有老鼠,搬近来也快有一年时间,没有发现老鼠的
迹象.很不幸,看来还是躲不过啊.估计应该是那种很小的小老鼠,因为橱柜的门关的很严
,但是最上层因为走抽油烟机的管道所以有一两处小的空隙,估计老鼠就是从这里钻进来
的.
请问大家有没有好的灭鼠方法能推荐一下吗?非常感谢!

American Express OPEN and Uber Business have teamed up to offer up to a $50
rebate on employee Uber rides.
To get the rebate:
Sign-up for an Uber Business account and link your Amex Business card.
Enroll two employees.
Complete at least two rides via the Uber app by September 30, 2015.

应该只有state website 上那个广告要求写薪水。
其他广告可以不写。
但，如果写，必须写明最少薪水是多少，一定要大于 PWD

我的经验：不是所有广告都要写具体的薪水。如果你律师有成功申请PERM的经验，还是
听你律师的吧。
