昨天面试学校的系主任发来下面一封信：
The school is going to discuss its hiring plan with each individual departme
nts next week. Since it would significantly impact our budget simulation, we
decide to hold your case for a few more days until we discuss with dean.
这是说有可能opening被取消吗？

可能有个potential offer，想申H1B，以前在中国工作过，但是没有在美国读过书，国
内的大学专业和将来的美国工作基本上关系不是很大的，是不是申H1B一定要是专业和
工作一致或相近呢？如果不是毕业生，而且experience hire有这个要求吗？谢谢

你需要证明的是你具有H1B工作所必需的专业技能/学位要求
来达到申请H1B的资格
所以一般本科相关学位即可
或者提供证明受过相关训练
所以专业是否一定要相关
要看具体工作要求和你个人情况

It sounds like a good news to me. They were thinking about the budget
already. If this is your the very first interview, it may not be too good.
However, if this is your second or you have discussed the budget with them,
this may be good. It simply state that you asked more than what they have...
..

I said SL is a much better platform for mobile than JS, which has been
proven true. You insisted JS-thin client is taking over and yet none
of the major mobile platforms cares about it, and your favorite WEBOS

LOL. So you are not just a crow, you are a liar too. I didn't promote the
usage of html5/js on mobile, I promote its usage on web, where it competed
hand-to-hand with SL, when WP wasn't even a reality. Why would I compare js
to sl on a platform sl didn't even run? Dont' forget another tool you often
brought up for comparison was dart, which doesn't run on mobile either. It's
very clear which platform I am talking about.

maybe a bank account? The focus all alone was on rich interactive apps
that JS was and still is poor at. Why has not ChromeOS been a success
after so many years if your thin-client strategy is the way to go?

Gmail is a single page RIA, and it beats anything SL ever offers, case

And I don't understand why you are so stupid, html5/js is successful, it
doesn't mean anything powered by html5/js need to be successful. Just like

Only a fool would consider a text-based email SPA as RIA. If you already
realize html5/js is not for everything, ESPECIALLY RICH & INTERACTIVE
APPs which has been what I've been saying, then quit spinning. We don't
have to go through this shit over and over again.

LOL. What part of "RICH & INTERACTIVE" do you not understand really?
Tell me what is so "RICH" about a TEXT-based email client. Where's the
multimedia element in an email client? Why do so many stock charting
web sites use Flash, Silverlight, JApplet to present charts to their
clients? You are not making any sense.

Well, wiki defines it and you just in denial. If you want to talk about
multimedia element. Netflix app is largely html5/js based, with PC/Mac left
behind for DRM issue. Even then, Netflix is moving to html5 based this year
on PC/Mac. As soon as html5 DRM support is implemented in the browsers. And
IE is on board.

else to launch a product? Did MS have to wait Kinect to be a standard?
Did Google have to wait on Glass? The fact that you'd have to wait for
so many years to implement a Micky-Mouse feature such as DRM further
