1.5 图书组
2010 年，图书组发运城市旧书21，211 本，帮助18 个农村学校建立了图书室。图书组
给 41 个图书利用好的学校购买了10，885 本新书。
1.5 The Books Group
In 2010, the Books Group sent out 21,211 city recycled books and
helped 18 countryside schools to build up their own libraries. The Books
Group also purchased 10,885 new books for the 41 schools which utilize books
sufficiently.

北京小组：2010 年3 月，北京小组与涿州物探局开展了一次合作捐书活动，募捐的图
书大部分来自物探局下属的小学和小区，本次活动共募集到约12，000 本。
2010 年12 月，已经开展了五年的“三夫圣诞晚会”如期举行。在今年三夫圣诞聚会上
，八号代表OCEF 给几位参加过图书监察的驴友们颁奖，感谢他们的长期支持。同时八
号也得到三夫的特别贡献奖。三夫将继续资助贫困地区的图书室，明年开始三夫资助的
图书室将统一命名为“三夫小红马图书室”。此次晚会共募集到1 万多元善款。
Subgroup of Beijing: In March 2010, the subgroup of Beijing has a joined
book donation activity with the Zhuozhou Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting.
Most of the donated books are from the primary schools and residency blocks
belonged to the Zhuozhou Bureau of Geophysical Prospecting. The activity
gathered about 12,000 books in total. In December 2010, the "SanFu Christmas
Party", which had been taking place for the last 5 years, hold as scheduled
. In the gathering of the 2010's SanFu Christmas Party, No.8th awarded
several traveler friends who severed during book inspections and auditions
representing OCEF and thanked for their long term supports. Meanwhile, No.
8th was rewarded a special contribution award by SanFu. SanFu will continue
to support the libraries of the poverty areas, and from the next year the
libraries supported by SanFu will be named uniformly as "SanFu little red
colt library". The party gathered more than 10,000 yuan donation.
上海小组：全年共募集图书一万二千余本，捐助云南、四川等7 个学校共一万二千多本
图书及文具。2010 年1 月上海图书组被长宁区团委评为“优秀青年公益社团”。
Subgroup of Shanghai: During the whole year totally gathered more than 12,
000 donated books, and distributed those books and other office supplies to
7 schools in YunNan and SiChuan provinces. In January 2010, the Shanghai
subgroup of Books Group was honored as an "Extraordinary Youth Public
Welfare Organization" by the ChangNing District Communist Youth League
Committee.
南京小组：与南京逸仙小学合作 , 对方将5000 余册学校图书馆旧书捐赠给OCEF 南京
小组,书送到了广西的两所学校。
Subgroup of Nanjing: Cooperated with the Nanjing YiXian Primary School, who
donated 5,000 old books of the school libary to the OCEF Subgroup of Nanjing
. The books were distributed to two schools of GuangXi.
武汉小组：武汉豆瓣书店的合作继续，今年又捐助了两个图书室。
Subgroup of Wuhan: The cooperation with WuHan DouBan Bookstore was continued
. This year 2 more libraries were donated.
成都小组：成都今年新设了一个捐书点- 创意盒子店，已经给重庆一所小学捐了新书。
Subgroup of Chengdu: In Chengdu this year the Creation Boxes Shop, a new
book donation spot, was set up and already donated new books to a primary
school of ChongQing.
1.5.3 学校组
图书采购：图书组往年采购的新书以1. 5 折- 2 折的特价库存书为主，但是这些书的
可选择性比较少，整体质量不高。今年，参考了多家组织的中小学书单后，选择“北京
红泥巴童书俱乐部”和“天下溪公益图书平台”这两家作为采购渠道，采购的图书质量
高，价格合理。2010 年一共为41 个学校购买了10885 本新书。
1.5.3 The Schools Group
Book Purchase: The Books Group mainly purchased discounted clearance news
books in a rate of 15% or 20% of the original price during the past years.
However, the variations of these books are limited and the qualities of
these books are not ensured. In this year, in reference to several
organization's primary schools and high schools' book list, the Books Group
chose Beijing Red Clay Children Book Club and Brooks Public Welfare Book
Platform to be the channels of book purchase. The books purchased this way
have a high quality and a reasonable price. In 2010 the Group totally
purchased 10885 volumes of new books for 41 schools.
图书室命名：今年有两位美国捐款人，捐助了云南和四川大巴山地区的几所村小，我们
按照捐款人的要求，给图书室命名，并制作了牌子。其中一位捐款人还计划带孩子暑期
走访学校。
Name a library: In this year two donors from the U.S. supported several
village schools in YunNan and DaBaShan area of Sichuan. We named the library
upon the request of the donor and made the signboards accordingly. One of
the donors also planned to visit the school with his children during the
summer holiday.
我们欢迎捐款人认捐图书室，并给图书室命名。2011 年我们将设计统一的图书室挂牌
。我们欢迎有条件的捐款人走访自己捐助的学校，了解图书的利用情况。
We welcome donors to donate a library and name the library they donated. In
2011 we are going to design a unified hanging library signboard. We welcome
donors to visit the schools for which they donated a library in their
convenience and get to know the utilization of the donated books.
关于认捐图书室：捐款人认捐一个图书室，同时可以为认捐的图书室命名。目前，给一
个学校图书室配置新书需要3000- 5000 元。
Donate a library: The donors can donate a library and name their donated
library. Currently, it costs 3000 to 5000 yuan for a school library to
purchase new books.
