2010年，高中组完成了前期的组长交接过渡过程，并通过与监察组及中国事务的讨论，完成

这也为2009年“关于设立集中资助精品点的讨论”结果的实施创造了契机，经过高中组
与中国事务组讨论并设定了高中组发展的三年计划及方向，即每年按新增申请150名左
右的发展速度，将在2012年达到400~500名受助学生，并在今后视募捐情况以及结合中
国高中教育的现况对该计划进行调整。
