Please help me verify the meaning of "校方直接冲抵成本"
It seems to be opposite to what it intended to mean according to the link

I understand that it's much more than what's described in the Chinese
version, and perhaps the original shorter version is okay to use.

目前常住学生30多名，老师20多。由于是特殊教育学校，学生都不是很正常，自控力很
差，想来就来，想走就走，学校实行的是全封闭的教学。有3层楼的教学楼一栋，操场
，住宿和食堂都在一排平房中。学校整体教学条件比较好。因为受助的学生几乎都没有
