我是2012上半年毕业的，之后没找到工作，所以找人办了OPT的挂靠。
这个挂靠公司是小公司，我做的是unpaid 的 volunteer。
看到这个贴，有点害怕了。现在找到工作了，担心申请H1B时会遇到问题。

有没有跟我一样的，在毕业后没找到工作直接挂靠公司，然后找到工作的。
这样的情况申请 H1B 应该注意什么呢？挂靠的公司很小，一看官网就知道糊弄人的。
可是，办事的人给了我 offer letter，我也把offer letter 寄给学校的国际学生中
心。学校也认可了。
不过，还是担心，毕竟我找人开的证明，实际上什么也没做啊。。。

I'm a H1-B holder, I140 has been approved for 1.5 years. Just got laid off.
HR suggested me to go to the goverment and get unemployment benefit. I'm the
only non-citizen employee in the company, I guess the HR doesn't know
whether I'm eligible to get unemployment benefit. But if I'm eligible, it
would be a very good thing. Does anybody know? Has anybody had the similiar
experience? Thanks a lot!
BTW, HR said they were not going to let USCIS know that I'm laid off as this
was due to company restrucuring and they will try their best to help me.

偶终于可以离开ATT 和BLACKBERRY了,实在受不了ATT的SERVICE. 准备转到VERIZON去,
换成IPHONE. 有必要等到IPHONE 5出来嘛? 有啥区别请大家指点.我是果盲,就是看别人
都用就想赶个潮流,大家别砸.

Is there anybody using emulsiflex C3 in the lab? If you know why the
pressure couldn't go up at all and how to solve the problem, please let me
know. Thanks a lot!

申请H1B 是要提供工作证明的，我毕业后的那段空挡时间，得证明我OPT的valid。所
以，得证明我是 volunteer的。躲不开的。。

OPT 期间没工作很正常啊，就是给你找工作的

一般UI的要求是你失业时候的身份是可以马上就业的，H1显然不符合这个要求。

OPT里只可以有最多90天没有工作的。要算有工作要工作每星期起码20小时
