LP got an intership with 15 dollars hour pay.
She is on H-4 Visa. We have a few questions listed for help and thank you
very much.
1. Accoding to laywer, that she can apply for H1-B even for internship, is
this true? However, the PW needs hourly pay to be 22. Not sure the company
will agree with this or not?
2. Besides H1b, is there any other visa to work as an intern legally?

我只知道visa signature 不向信用局报cl.
还有没有其它大的区别？具体visa signature CC比Visa CC有什么大的优点吗？

当时英语学习的时候，the的用法有很多规律，但是到真正写作的时候好像the的用法很
难把握。
往往写完paper让老板该的时候，改得最多的就是the的用法。
大家说说，写论文的时候the的用法有没有什么技巧？

他说就是多读文章读的多了自然就知道什么时候加什么时候不加了想通过套公式不
但费劲儿而且不灵
话虽这么说，他的the也经常被editor改哈哈

我的大叶茼蒿不知道怎么回事，不太给力。小叶茼蒿是剪了又发，发了又剪。大叶茼蒿
是我们更爱吃的，缺收获不多。剪了后有烂根的现象，不知道是不是有病。今年冬天再
试。

生物论文很多都是老中写的，读多了往往更混乱

As far as I know, a regular H1b application will take longer than that, and
your LD will be out of status once she finishes the internship since she is
no longer employed by the sponsor.
Did the employer mention anything like considering her for a full-time
position after the internship?

看样子是你们那里雨水太多的缘故，侧枝是在叶窝长，大爷茼蒿叶子多，根粗、离地面
近，所以长得很快。我家的茼蒿怎么都吃不完。

the在论文中的用法是最不规范的
因为按照语法,要加无数the
所以大部分情况下还是省略了很多,问题也不大
grant申请更明显, 能不加的都不加
除非是非要加的那种

羡慕！很多年一直粗茶淡饭，去年冬天自己种了点儿茼蒿，太冷了没怎么长，只吃了一
顿，觉得简直是山珍野味

That's what I figured, since the cost of H1b itself would be close to a 3-
month intern salary. If they only want her for the intern position, they
wouldn't bother. OR, your LD is too good to let go.
If the employer care enough to get her the H1b visa, I think you should go
ahead and apply. The worst scenario would be changing back to H4 after the
intern. You have nothing to lose.

Thank you very much, the only thing is not sure that they will agree to
increase the hourly pay to meet the PW, we have already sent out the request
to company, let's cross the finger!
