Isolation of plasmid DNA from Bacillus subtilis using the
QIAGEN Plasmid Midi Kit
I didn't work on bacillus, but I used the QIAGEN Plasmid Mini Kit to extract
plasmid from yeast without minor modification like the cell lysis process.
